Mr. Song has served as Chief Business Officer of the Bank since April 2020. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager of ICBC Jiangsu Branch and General Manager of the Personal Banking Department of the Head Office. Mr. Song has a Doctoral degree in Management Science and Engineering. He is a senior economist.
